My assignment today is two chapters of Mr. Bradshaw’s Eucharistic Origins. It must be done. Today we begin the week for Christian Unity. Do not forget, we were always meant to be one. That’s all for today, what will tomorrow bring?

| Global warming. Hehe. I don’t disagree with climate change and global warming, but I would counter that ordinary men can do anything about it. We have walked down a road of technological progress we cannot walk back up. Ooh, more scientific/historical proof for faith: the discovery of a seal confirms a bit of Nehemias. . And the Pope’s lecture is received well anyway at that Roman university. An indication that the majority of students have been embarrassed by a few. And here, the speech itself. Isn’t it odd that, in the midst of the persecution of Christians by Hindu terrorists in some parts of India, that the Baptists would attack our people too, in the east? Fr. Schofield is going back to the UAE, and he’s got a nice video on the history the vicariate and our parish. Fr. Z compares an FSSP gathering with the Jesuit gathering. It stuck in my eye. Here’s a post by Mark Shea on scholarly appraisal of Islam. I consider that scholarly appraisal of the Bible was too freely allowed. Its (the scholarly work on the Bible’s) errors have cost so many souls. But murder is not a solution to controlling such work, only principles that are to be honoured. This looks like a video of Chuck Jones drawing Wile E. Coyote. I like Mr. Jones’ work and I like the Road Runner cartoons. |
