“What destruction!”; the Religion of Peace strikes again

I hadn’t even heard that the Turkish army had invaded the little island of Cyprus, which I understand was already partly Muslim. But here, they’ve begun destroying centuries-old Orthodox church.
Here, the Cyprian premier reports this to the Holy Father in Rome. You shall learn, Muslim zealots, when the Lord brings you to your knees.

New book

I got the Saint of the Day, by Leonard Foley, OFM and Pat McCloskey, OFM today. It’s a rather thick book, with little entries for each saint. It should make some good reading on those long nights at sea.
