This medal is properly described at the e-Benedictine. As shown in the picture, the medal has the following Latin inscriptions:
1. On the circumference on the left side: VRSNSMV
Uade retro, Satana, numquam suade mihi vana.
Go away, Satan, do not suggest to me vanities.
2. On the circumference on the right side: SMQLIVB
Sunt mala qui libas, ipse venena [...]
